Erangel is an island in our imaginations located in the Black Sea. The map is 8X8 km in size consisting of sea, rivers, cities, cliffs, forest, and grasslands some part of the map is the sea so the land area for the game is less than the 64Km square. Sosnovka Military Base

Located on the south of the erangel map. It is one of the most favorite drop locations it is a very large area with many compounds hence there are more chances of getting a gun for the initial fight. It is easily identified by the U-shaped buildings in the called the A, B, and C buildings and also the Tower where the most chance of getting sniper and scope. The loot is good and hence preferred by most of the players. If you find a large number of players dropping here try to take other buildings than the A, B, C buildings as most of the players drop there and also save your self from the snippets from the tower of the military base.

Novorepnoye

Located on the southeast of the map it has containers with very high loot quantity and also there is a chance of getting flare gun hence very late number of players drop on Novo hence there is a very high amount of fight here hence surviving here is very tuff and also you need luck so that you get gun before the enemies. If there are a very large number of players coming here then prefer to drop on the houses are so that you get a chance for survival.

Pochinki

It is one of the most popular drop locations you will get a high loot and so equally high fight. Save your self from grenades here as it is a good place for using grenades and also a very high amount of players camp here sitting in the corner of rooms also rooftops. Don't jump in the center of the Pochinki try to take one of the periphery compounds and then move towards the center this will save you from getting the third party from another squad while fighting with one squad.

The northwestern part of the Erangel map is occupied by Georgopol and Georgopol city it is a hot drop with very high loot the containers of Georgopol have the highest loot and also you get flare gun most of the time. If you want to avoid an early wipe prefer the city areas it has good loot and less squad drop here. Look for guns on the containers when you are dropping on parachute soon you get the gun more chance you will have of surviving. Try to be together during the fight in Georgopol so that you cover when you are knock and chance of survival.

School is one of the hot drops and you have to be fast while dropping on the school as you might die on the parachute if you are late the amount of loot is good and you can take Apartments when several squads are dropping so that you can survive and get chance to fight. Always keep a look towards the apartment and Rhozok hillside as squad comes in open rushing towards school and this is the good chance to kill them in open.

Safe dropping areas

Apart from these hot drops, there are several safe dropping areas where you might get one enemy squad, or sometimes you might get no enemy squad for example- Yasnaya Polyana, Severny, Primorsk, Mylta, Mylta power. These are the area where you can survive easily and push your rank.

Even there are safer areas that are the compounds scattered here and there on the Erangel map you can jump there to increase your survival ratings and also take health points to get to the higher tier.
